How does the service work?
We take your information, contact the companies on your behalf, and our experts negotiate your bills down.
How do we pay for the service?
When our experts are done, they will send your monthly savings report. We charge half of whatever we save you. If we don’t save, you don’t pay. For example, if we saved you $100.00/month for 12 months, then your total savings is $1,200. Your fee payment options in this example are as follows.
Option 1: $50/per month (1/2 of your $100 savings) for 12 months.
Option 2: $540 one time fee. This is half of your total $1200 savings for the year with a 10% discount for paying in full. $600 w/10% discount $600-$60 = $540
We will bill you via Paypal invoice where you can easily pay with a Paypal account or with any major debit or credit card.
How much can it save me?
Average savings are normally between $300-$1,200/year depending on the number and type of bills that you submit.
Will I lose any of the special services or plans I currently have?
No, we do not change your current plans unless you have agreed to extend your current contract(s). Our experts have vast knowledge of policies and procedures that service companies allow to be applied to accounts. We negotiate these to be placed on your account.
Can you negotiate more then just our cable or Internet bills?
Yes! These are on a case by case basis so please email us when you sign up if you have additional services that you wish for us to try and save you money on!
Is my information secure?
Yes. We do not store information past our fulfilled business.
Do you sell my information to 3rd Party Vendors?
No. We believe in privacy and value our customers information as if it was our own. We will never participate in 3rd party vendor selling.
How long does it normally take?
1-2 Weeks. Most will see results within the first week.
